A Culture of Accountability
Safety is a shared responsibility at Acko Earth Solutions. Supervisors are expected to lead by example, workers are encouraged to speak up, and all team members have the authority to stop work when hazards are not adequately controlled.
We believe strong safety performance comes from planning the work carefully, communicating clearly, maintaining reliable equipment, and ensuring every employee understands both the task and the risks involved.
Continuous Improvement
Our safety program is not static. We review incidents, near misses, observations, inspections, and field feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
The three-year HSE report records four near misses, three environmental incidents, two first-aid cases, one medical aid, and no lost time incidents or fatalities. These events are tracked to support corrective action, organizational learning, and improved prevention.
